It's too bad that casinos have unwritten rules. The worst one says that if a customer has a hot streak playing video poker, they lose some or even all players club benefits permanently. I'm thinking of South Point and Stations in particular.
In my Las Vegas local's mailer this month I got an offer for double Reward Credits 6 AM - 6 AM two different days in October. Yesterday went in as it was one of the days. Rules said offer had to be activated on kiosk. No offer on kiosk. Come to find out CET has a secret non written rule that you have to activate the offer before 8 PM when it is removed from the kiosk. Has the bankruptcy really driven away all the management people with any brains in their heads? If the offer is intended to only stimulate play early in the day, why not print that stipulation in the rules?
