20 coins would have been $16,000.
Mine were $800. I'm basically a quarter player. Since these machines
pay 800:1 on the RF starting with the first coin, I play the minimum,
and think of my dollar as (5 x $.20). In other words, I think of them
as 20-cent machines.
On the odd occasion I visit Rama, I take $150 win or lose. I play
only the gamekings, and bet 1 coin. (If on a streak, I occasionally
go 2 coins). Last visit was April 3-4. Played 5,123 hands of DB, hit
exactly 20 quads. Hit quad (2,3,4) twice at $160 each. Fed a single
$20 bill into a machine to start. Profit was $350, plus dinner in the
steak house, a free show, and breakfast at Weirs.
Previous visit, took a friend, lost $140 in 40 minutes, ate at Weirs,
and went home.
The games aren't the best (9-7 DB), but they treat you well. Good
food, free shows, and lately, immediate bounceback cash coupons.
The day I hit the 2 quick royals, they gifted me a free watch. Said
it was a "welcome back" gift, since I hadn't played there in the
previous 10 months. Then they sent me a gold card.
