Two Deuces vs Straight Flush

Just a quibble, but the two hands you mention are EXACTLY the same ev. Any
difference you saw was due to penalty cards. If you pick a non-penalty fifth
card, say the Qh, you will see the ev is 16.7021 for the SF hold for both
hands. The value of the two Deuces alone will vary slightly depending on the
three "discards".

As for the rest of what you wrote, I completely agree! For anyone serious
about winning, the ev difference is just too great to go for the Deuces,
especially since the hands in question are fairly common!
