For those locals who get the monthly mailings. Starting in April they will no longer take the excuse that the Secret Play and gift mailers were not delivered in the mail. Evidently some greedy people were double-dipping, using that as an excuse to get an extra set of coupons or extra postcards.
If you honestly do not get the mailing, as has happened to us a couple of times, you must notify them "well before the date of the offer." We got our April mailers today - so if you think you should have gotten one and it hasn't arrived by, say by next Wednesday, you need to call THEN. Don't wait until a gift or Secret Play day actually arrives to see about missing mailers.
