I know a lot of you are skeptical about Tuscany implementing $1 FPDW games, and you have a right to be. With their four-to-the-royal losing bonus of 100 credits thru dollars, that shows me they are in need of customers who stay and play -- just as I recognized when I met with them after their opening. I just had a tele-conference with the casino manager and controller. In what they are calling a 'test case', I believe you will see at least the 50c machines sport FPDW soon. I told them either that, or watch an otherwise very comfortable casino close its doors.
Further, for all you political vp junkies, it isn't that Tuscany fears players will win, win, win and put the hurt on them. The concern I was told of was that they've seen that most who play these type games aren't loyal. Their bank of quarter FPDW's have been the same players for the most part. Tuscany wants loyalty, not opportunity players who will blow away with a fresher wind. So while advantage players are writing how it's the casinos who are at fault, maybe it's the player's attitude that causes these things to happen. Yes, we all want the best pay tables, but maybe the tables will last longer "in the long run" ie., 'if they are removed maybe they'll return' if such a big fuss is not always made so publicly.
