Sorry if this has already been reported but I am behind on reading messages.
I was at the Tuscany this morning and all the 10/7 DB at the center bar have
been downgraded to 9/7. The quarters are progressive. These were the
machines on the west side of the bar. All the machines on the east side
were out of service (although if I recall, these were not full pay anyway).
There is still a bank of 100% machines to the right of the slot club booth.
