Just spoke with Julie in marketing @ the Tuscany Casino in Las Vegas
and she told me a bunch of stuff about "Theoreticals".....
I basically understand that a " theoretical" means that the casino will
win or lose money from the player based on the machine they play.
She told me that her operations department changed to Aristocrat
software which changed the theoretical of the machines based on actual
play in 2007 accounting figures which changed the comp status.
What this means now is that where I used to earn 3,000 points in a
session and earned $27 in comps....I now get $7 in comps.
It doesn't affect the cash back mailers or 1,000 points= $1.
It was changed on all video poker machines in the casino.
