It appears they place a high value on the daily average of your play (which
seems to need to be more in the $4000-$6000 range for the better mailers).
That said, it also appears there is currently little rhyme or reason....

Yesterday I got my December "reward" it was again $5 a week for 4 weeks. So
far in November I have put through 2.4K in 3 sessions. This has got me
P.O.ed and I am ready to quit playing at the Tuscany unless some one can
tell me how I can salvage the situation and get a much improved "reward" for
January.
