Marketing has changed the requirements for getting free-play mailers. At first, it was a 3-month daily average and you could do it all on one day if you wanted to. Then it seemed like you needed to play only once a month.
However, now they like to see play on your card most of the time when you pick up free play or a gift. Some were cut off the mailing list recently, those who played only once a month or less but picked up gifts and free play the whole month.
The marketing director, Julie Hall, told me that anyone who was cut off the mailing list could easily get back on by calling her and then starting to play more regularly when they pick up free play.
