I guess my polemic was a bit intemperate. I appreciate that you were
discrete enough to privately e-mail me your rebuttal. I stand rebuked. "A

I have considerably more respect for you personally--although we still have
intellectual differences. And I still have considerable respect for Jean,
John, Skip, Dan, et al with whom you might have differences.
