Turning Stone Casino - NY

I play some at the Turning Stone Casino in upstate Ny and would like to pose
the following question:

Are the IGT Multigame Video Poker Machines the same as in Vegas? In other
words, on the draw is the machine working with a RNG for the remaining 47 cards?

If the machines (Vegas & Turning Stone) are the same and work the same, then
I am correct in assuming the Theos are the same for each game based upon the
payout schedule?

Thank you

I was curious so I called the casino. Although no one there had any idea what Class III gaming was and they don't call their machines "slots" due to the system that debits and credits funds directly from and to cards in the machines they do have a Compact and are a Class III establishment.

So the VP should work exactly the same as in Nevada. I would ask the casino manager "are the games Class III?" the next time I went there. If they don't know I'd call the regulators, both Federal and Tribal.

If the IGT machines are truly random as in Nevada they will same in small lettering somewhere on the front of the machine "Game is based on one 52 card deck" or something to that effect. If not it will say something like "Cards displayed are for entertainment purposes only".
