Very true. The smoking in Tunica is by far the worse I've seen anwyhere.
Far more smokers than Las Vegas or Atlantic City.
Seems like 75 percent of the people in the casinos in Tunica are smoking,
and chain smoking one after the other.
I was stunned the first time I was there at the amount of smoke.
I remember moving around playing a bunch of different machines at the Gold
Strike and everywhere I sat, the person next to me was only smoking.

The smoke is almost oppressive in some casinos. If there was a betting
line on which major gaming jurisdiction has the highest concentration
of smokers, Tunica would be the overwhelming favorite. What's worse is
that many smokers are downright militant (credit to VPFree member Sam
for this term). Smoking in elevators? It's normal. Smoking in line
at the slot club? It's normal. A smoker keeping a cigarette so
the "line of fire" is still going straight to your nose even when you
flinch at the smoke? It's normal.>>
