The trouble has always been that "the Donald" knows real estate but
not casinos. He thought that the casinos would fly just on his name
alone. He kept on building and leveraged himself up the wazoo. Cost
him a billion to build the Taj and this was almost 14 years ago. T.S.

His three AC properties...
Trump Plaza..A dump with an even "dumpier" clientele. Had good VP
when they had the Worlds Fair annex. Demolished Worlds Fair along
with the good VP.
Trump Marina..For awhile had the "hip young set"( and good VP). Took
out the good VP last year and the hipsters moved over to the Borgata
a few hundred yards away.
Taj Mahal...Was at one time the leading money maker at table games.
Lost that to the Borgata too.Also took out alot of the good VP and
drastically lowered the CB on the remaining machines.
Any correlation between loss of good VP and more financial
problems ? BTW the new Borgata has ( for Atl. City) ,some of the
best and to some people the best, VP in town.
