True RNG

We have had numerous discussions on RNGs and the pseudoRNGs that are
used in the VP machines. But for those of you who really really need
a true RNG, here is a link to an online RNG service:
http://random.irb.hr/

Note though, this is a scientific site that requires one to register,
and download the program to access the service.

How does it work? Quoted from the site: "use 'Quantum Random Bit
Generator' (QRBG121), which is a fast non-deterministic random bit
(number) generator whose randomness relies on intrinsic randomness of
the quantum physical process of photonic emission in semiconductors
and subsequent detection by photoelectric effect."

I'm not an expert at science, but, unless it has already, I believe
that word "intrinsic" will be proved to have been arrogant by finding
an element of determinism in the process. Didn't human beings once
ascribe solar eclipses to the "gods?"

So its random because its based on quantum processes. Fine. How do you know
its not biased?
