I received an offer from tropicana for two free nights and two danny
gans tickets at encore. transportation to and from encore included. I know that you can ask a host to try to get you tickets at another casino but i never received an offer from another casino offering tickets to another casino's show.
Is this unusual? or is there now or about to become some relationship between Wynn and Tropicana?
Recently I received two tickets to see Carrot Top at the Luxor, from the Palms with transportation provided. I declined the offer....

A few years ago, I received (and accepted) an offer from Fremont which
included two tickets (and chartered transportation) to the "Tournament of
Kings" at Excalibur. I'm pretty sure that I've received other offers which
included entertainment at different hotels, but I can't remember any of them
right now.
My guess is that some hotels (like Tropicana and Fremont) do this because
they have limited entertainment of their own to offer to their guests.

I received an offer from Caesars Palace for three free room nights and two tickets to see Jimmy Buffett who's playing at the MGM Garden Arena.

Its very common for Harrahs, we get offers all the time to shows at the MGM properties concerts, Cirque shows, etc. Funny since they would rather die than give away tickets to their mid-level shows like Penn & Teller, Rita Rudner, George Wallace, etc. but they do offer Bette Midler, Elton and the MGM shows. (We are low to mid Diamond)
