I received my quarterly postcard from the Tropicana Express. Free
rooms almost every day Dec, Jan, and Feb, "call for rates" for the week
of New Years. The postcard has a much wordier disclosure (fine print)
than usual, including the phrase "complimentary rooms are offered based
on your expected level of play." Seems this is becoming a standard.
