Triple Bonus poker+ questions

Hey Rob & friends:

To the unanswered question "How much does this TBP+ pay for two pair
and trips?" I see from the vpFree paytable page that it pays 1-1 for
2pr and 3-1 for trips.
Here's the cut & paste for the mouse-click challenged:

Triple Bonus Plus (AKA Triple Pay Plus TP+)
1-1-3-4-5-7-50-120-240-100-800 ... 97.67%
1-1-3-4-5-8-50-120-240-100-800 ... 98.73%
1-1-3-4-5-9-50-120-240-100-800 ... 99.80% - TB+ (FP)

My questions:
Can anyone tell me WHERE in RENO this game can be found in
the .25, .50, $1, $2 & $5 denom range?

Is it a typically regular option found on the GameMaker MG/MD
machines?

Is a high pair JJ+ or only KK+?

I hope to find it and play it next trip, so anyone who will share
hints on proper strategy (knowing I certainly don't have to play it
perfectly, ROB), I thank you. My INTUITION says to start with a DDB
strategy, which I know pretty well.

I thought I answered the 2-pr. part. Oh well. Thx. for the rest of
the tables. I've seen 9/5 at places, but not a lot of them.

Not on the same machines, but Peppermill has them at least in $5.
That usually means they have them in the lower denominations also.

Yes, but some casinos don't put it up.

Mostly it's the same inasmuch as I play a game with huge payouts for
@'s-4's & Aces. But watch for the SF possibilities.
