I just returned from a 4 day LV VP trip, stayed at the Mirage. I
make 4 or 5 trips per year and always stay and play at the Mirage.
This was my most successful trip.
I arrived on Thursday at noon, threw my bag in my room and headed to
the Baccaret Bar to play $1 DDB progressive, 45 minutes and $200
into the game, I hit the Royal for $4600 which meant, I'm playing on
their mioney for the trip. I played until 1;a.m., hitting 4 A's
with a kicker for another $2000. and ended the nite ahead by $3500.
Friday morning, I was up early, started playing the same game at the
Baccaret Bar at 6:a.m., put my first $100 in played 4 hands and was
dealt a club Royal for another $4400.00. Friday evening and
Saturday, I was up and down, hit 2 more $2000 jackpots for A's with
a kicker, hit a $1000 jackpot on a .25 DDB progressive at the sports
bar for AAAA,' s with a kicker.
I had a red eye flight leaving at 11;30 p.m. Sunday, so came back to
my room at 7:30 called my wife and decided to stay in my room until
it was time to leave, however, that was boring. I was up $1500 for
the trip and decided, what the heck, I came here to play, so I
decided to paly some more.
Back to the Baccaret Bar, put $100 in played 5 hands, and drew 2
cards for my third Royal for $4900. I cashed out and came home a
$7000 winner. Incidently, at the airport, I put a $20 in a .25
double bonus machine, and hit 4 3's with a kicker for $100. I
cashed out and headed home.
A great trip.
