He was probably a student at UNLV School of Gaming on a homework assignment,
gathering evidence of AP play.
Speaking of border [Primm] casinos, Sight Seeing Tours Unlimited has a free
Saturday tour to there with a stop at the vitamin factory and a free lunch at
Primm.
A friend who used to work at Primm and take the MGM bus down there said they
allowed non employees to get on the bus for a small fee. One stop the Primm
busses leave from is on Flamingo across from the Atomic Testing Museum, just
east of Terribles.
