[Trip Report] What a weekend!

So I made the trip up to Reno on Friday (12/12), just really on a
whim (No real reason, other than free accomodation @ JANugget)
Stayed Fri/Sat night. Mostly played craps at Silver Club, dotted by a
few stints at 5c (10-coin) 10/7 DB.
On craps, we did kinda bad, $200 down.
So, turns out that the snow starts DUMPING over the pass, and in an
effort to avoid having to chain up, we stay an extra night (Sunday
night; was free too)
On sunday, we decide to go over to Cal-Neva and play...played craps
there and IMMEDIATELY came up $200 (to even money; mostly due to my
mom rolling "Aces" back to back and me betting on it.)
So, now being even money, we go over to the 5c 10/7 DB Prog bank, and
I hit Quad Aces for $80, and my mom hit Quad Deuces for $40.
So, we go back over to JANugget feeling happy that were were $100
up...decide after dinner to play a little VP at Nugget..plop down on
the 25c 10/6 DDB bank...start playing...wasn't doing too bad,
straights/flushes/fullhouses...then just as usual, I held a pair of
Aces, and was just talking to my mom, then I looked down, and saw I
had drew AA2, for AAAA2! FOUR ACES WITH A KICKER! (and a Deuce to top
it off!) So, this immediately put me $500 more up, so I figured I'd
just play it to an even $500 up (original $100 I put in)
So I traded spots and let my mom play a little bit, feeling that my
luck may have just got used up...sure enough, she soon got DEALT quad
deuces (deja' vu?) but she couldn't draw a kicker (doh!) So, we
played it to an even number, and left $600 up totally.
In the end, on monday, we had to chain up anyway (we really didnt'
care being $600 up).
Strangely enough, if it hadn't of snowed, we would have left $200
down...but instead left $600 up.
w00t w00t!
