standing in line. She says "you just got in this line and I had the closed sign

that the previous customer had been at the window. In fact, he walked up right
in front of us. She wanted to start an argument! Mom says "let's go to
another window" and the clerk says "you better, that's what I've been telling you".
Well, we weren't happy with that transaction with a Bellagio employee. I
would write a letter but I don't think we matter much to the MGM Grand folks.
