One of the best, thorough trip reports I remember seeing posted. Living in Chicago, am now thinking about a trip with my wife. We both have fond memories of a driving trip thirty years ago, watching spring develop a little more as we went further south. There were no casinos then (that I remember), and no doubt less places to stay. This is a very interesting destination.
