Based on the Diamond in a Day Base/Tier point requirements before July 2006 I
would say that is a probability. While southern Nevada wanted 1,800 Joliet
required 4,000. Sounded like they had their quota of high volume players.
I wonder if Joliet fell in line with the new 3,000 requirement for most of
the HET casinos?
