This reminds me of aa Arturo Toscanini story. It was intermission and the
great conductor was in the restroom in a stall doing his business. Two
orchestra members entered and one of them loudly complained. "That Toscanini. He's a
son of a bitch." Toscanini smiled and said to himself, "I'm good."
