Like you said, they really don't know what they're doing and from past personal experience and like with Tom, you will always get what you are owed. The place is a sad shell of the enjoyable casino it used to be with competent owners. But work fast.

The MO of the old Montelago was to "no mail" big players and in some cases tell them they were excluded from promotions. Although they may have occurred, I did not hear of any 86'ing under the old management.
