The two 3-5-10 play $1 9/6 JOBs at TI (my favorite MGM play) were
downgraded to 9/5 early Monday morning. As some famous broadcaster
says, "And now, the rest of the story."
I was playing one of the two machines about midnight Sunday night
when a tech sits down at the other one and pulls the bill acceptor.
He messes with it a little bit and puts it back in the machine. He
then goes stands by the wall with another tech and talks for quite a
long time. I am thinking that either this might not be good or they
are just goofing off. After about 30 minutes the tech comes back to
that machine and takes it out of service. Now I am really getting
concerned because I had been playing that machine earlier in the day
and there were no problems with it (other than it kept taking my
money). Now the two techs are back at the wall talking again and
looking in my general direction. I resolved that I was not going to
get off of that machine until I was done playing for the trip because
I didn't expect it to stay and these are the only machines in the
house that I play. It was about 1 a.m. now and the techs walked off.
Now I see a suit standing over to one side and I really feel that the
play is going away. I keep banging and about 1:30 the music starts to
play. I held three and the other two filled in. I am waiting for the
attendant to come and Mr. Suit walks up and said "You can play until
2:30 but then the machine is going to be put out of service so that
it could be upgraded at 3 a.m.". I ask him what that means and he
said he wasn't sure. I wasn't sure either, but I had a pretty good
idea. When the attendant returns with the money and the W-2 I told
Mr. Suit that I was done for the evening and he could have the
machine now. He asked that I play the Royal off, and I, like a fool,
did it. So the next to last hand played, instead of the last hand,
was the royal. FWIW, the $2/$5 3-5-10 play 9/6 JOB machines were
still in the high limit area when I left this morning.
Treasure Island $1 3-5-10 play 9/6 Jacks Pay tables downgraded (BOO)
Didnt this downgrade come just a few days after there were several posts on here that it was a decent play. Seems like if people point out stuff that is semi decent at Harrahs properties they all go away quickly. I think it is fairly obvious that casinos monitor this quite closely. Would it kill people to just read the Vp free tables for each casino ?

I didn't see the original post regarding this play. However, if what
you say is true ... what stops Casinos from just going to the home
page and reviewing the Database there? Nothing... except for a few
extra clicks.

What you say is true, but there is no point in spoon feeding
information to the casinos. Having a list of best games for each
casino in the database (probably) doesn't tell the casinos anything
that they didn't already know. But a post that says something
like "playing such and such machines in XYZ casino + their cashback
and other offers makes this play worth about $80 per hour" likely
DOES tell XYZ casino something they didn't already know, or it brings
it to their attention. A post like this brings together several
separate bits of information, and provides a nicely organized
analysis for the casino so that they know just which games should be
downgraded. (Note: I don't recall the original post either - this is
just a hypothetical example.)

Thank you for expressing so well what I was unable to. The spoonfeeding the info I particularly liked. Well done !
