Rental car - 3 days, Budget, Chev Cobalt, $107 cheap small, liked that Ford escort of last trip just a little better, 116 miles
due to trips to Red Rock 1st night, Sams Town Friday/Saturday and downtown a Thurs/Sat/Sun

Room not so good, bed - 4 sheets,
housekeeping - friendly, carpet UGH, bed good, carpet UGH, hall - carpet UGH
casino, minimal smoke, no playable VP, smells good, Not SMOKEY yeah

Red Rock, - pretty, overrated, comp'd burgers - 3 forks, good food specials in NOV
Excalibur - 10.6 ddb .25 $200 aces YEA, only 1 machine out of lots searched
Mandaly - Gospel Brunch, too short of a show, 3 claps out of 5, would not see again
NY NY - roller coster YEAH
MGM - KA - so so, 2 claps out of 5, would not see again

best part of trip, once again I was confused, sat at a machine that I thought was .01 triple to 10 play variety
sat down, put in $20. noticed it was 'DOUBLE PAY' - (side bar, great game, spouse hit 60k nickels on it when we were in Mesquite a few yrs back)
back to confused play, looked, max bet 20 coin, 20 cents, I can handle that, hit max bet, didn't notice till after 1st hand that I was at $17.50 , hummm?
what did I do, looked, realize I bet 500 cents, UGH! (side bar - did something similar at MSS a few yrs back and ended up paying for my wedding by accidently winning 2k, tought I was playing .05 multi, but was actually playing .25, hit duces/aces /w kickers before I figured it out, almost back to back - KARMA
back to embarrased play, at this point I didn't want to look confused to the total strangers beside me , so I think, what the heck, and hit max play again, whoosh $5 goes in AND
up pops 4 4's w/kicker (DDB) wow'sers, I panic and hit the 'hold's' and deal so fast I am lucky I didn't miss one and get the shaft
so overall a $500 payout, plus $15 of my original $20, cashed out and ran away, as my day hadn't been going so good
Spouse recvd bad karma when got upset over being charged for a bloody mary while playing a bartop, upstairs bar at the CAL, avoid the bartender avoid the bartops, avoid the bar
Eats - Aloha Specialities - 5 forks if you like Island food, Spam, Seaweed, etc.
Main Street - great VP
love Aces w/no faces, why don't they put more of these in other casinos?

overall, Love STP - CAL - MSS, Sams town, must be boyd really don't play perfect, 2 people budget 1k per day, for 3 days, came back with $2800
not bad, 3 days play, $200 loss, wish they could all go so well
