Tournament Play Question

Thought maybe I could get some input on how best to adjust my play for
a VP tournament. It is five minutes and the game is (ouch) 7/5 JOB. I'm
guessing I should not use the usual strategy. Will I be trying a little
harder for a Royal? Thanks in advance for any help on this.
Another question for you all is regarding the regulation of Native
American casinos. Is there a way to know if the 9/6 JOB at Four Winds
in Michigan is the same as the 9/6 JOB down the streeet at the (Boyd
Gaming)Blue Chip in Indiana. Thanks again.Sorry for the stupid question.

GLAD TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE WHO GOES TO BOTH CASINOS BECAUSE I DO THE

SAME THING SO I'M VERY INTERESTED IN THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.
WHERE DO YOU HAVE THE BEST LUCK? DID YOU SEE THE NEW VP MACHINES 4
WINDS INSTALLED BY THE CASHIER CAGE? IN ADDITION TO SUPER TIMES, THEY
HAVE BIG TIMES - HAVE YOU EVER PLAYED THAT KIND OF MACHINE BEFORE? B

I do about the same at both casinos. I have seen those new machines but
have never tried them. I haven't found a better game than the 9/6 JOB so
I stay with that at both of those casinos. (sdboy)

I usually play Super Aces at Blue Chip because 4 Winds doesn't have

this game - otherwise I've had pretty good luck at the 3/5/10 machines
by the table games. How often do you go?

It was reported a few weeks ago the all the 9/6 machines at the Four
Winds have been downgraded to 9/5. Was there today and it is true.

Where are these machines located? I go to 4 Winds and Blue Chip about

every other week so would be interested in the location. Did you play
the new Big Times machines they installed by the cashier's cage? B

Sorry for the delay. Only have been to Four Winds 3 or 4 times. I live
in Chicago's western suburbs so we won't be going very often. We get to
Four Winds early and work our way back home though Indiana. I like the
Horseshoe in Hammond. There's plenty of 9/6 JOB, some of which are
progressives. Diamond Lounge there is very nice also. Majestic Star also
still has some good video poker. (sdboy)

I was there Dec. 29th and there are 9/6 JOB for $1. I know of four of
them scattered about. Two are located at one of the bars.( Corner
machines). The other two are in a bank of six (three back to back slant
tops). In a little bit from the players club. Try and get there when it
isn't crowded and do some scouting. You should be able to find them.
