play. They send me weekly cash offers. Assume I pick up the cash each
week. Is is best to play some each time I pick up cash or is it better
to do all my play on one day out of the month?

You'll get better offers if you keep your Average Daily Theo at
a high level. Generally speaking, you do this by playing poor
paytables a lot and minimizing your number of tripped visits.
Maximizing the value of your Harrah's play would be a function
of finding machines that have the best combination of ER and
ADT and taking advantage of all attractive Total Rewards perks.
