Total Rewards 10X Points Promotion

Plus they several casinos are on the selling block you have to boast the numbers to get any price. But I still think the best thing is for one or three to fold so the rest can make sustained good offers and not the stunt of the day.

They have to compete in the AC/PHL marketplace or leave. Empty or near empty casinos are a lot more expensive than giving gamblers freeplay or loss rebates. Eventually there will be contraction with fewer casino owners, but in the meantime it's to the advantage for the little properties to promote gambling so they get a better buyout price from the big guys. Right now it's all about market share, the big payouts will come later. The smart casino operators understand this. Of course the ideal situation for a casino is to have a local monopoly, or duopoly like the Vegas strip. AC/PHL will eventually get there, if the regulators allow it. But right now it's in the market share grabing phase. The losers will be the ones that lose market share.

While that math is accurate, read the fine print.
You can only get a maximum of $100.00 worth of promotional RCs in a day.

While the wording is not clear (“Participants’ multipliers cannot exceed 10,000 Reward Credits® during any one promotional day. “) I received an additional $250 in comps (25000 TR points) based on a day’s play of 2500 points. So it appears that the 10,000 is a limit on the earned points qualifying to be multiplied.

That is not true - the fine print says you can only multiply 10,000 worth of
tier credits which would equate to 100,000 reward credits so your max is
$1000 comp dollars earned on the multiplier.

The fine print says "Participants' multipliers cannot exceed 10,000 Reward Credits® during any one promotional day". I read that as the RCs from a multiplier can't exceed 10,000.
That is not the same as multiplying 10,000 by 10.
If you are counting on getting more than 10,000 RCs through the promotion, I would highly suggest visiting the TR desk to clarify the limit before you play.
