I beleive the bartender had been drinking. Tips of that size are worse than 6/5 VP for your bankroll.

The bartender at Hooters told me the standard tip for jackpots is 15% for average service and 20% for good service.
'Just like the restaurants" she said. The bartender was looking for $600-$800 on a $4,000 royal. Anyone tipping less is viewed as cheap. Period.
