Considering all the player restrictions and paytable downgrades lately, I would definitely spread my play around. Play for a mid to lower tier at several casinos rather than top tier at one casino.

2.) Middle is $1500 coin-in once per month; top is $18667.
3.) I have no idea, as they do not print this, but I would guess they want $2000 coin-in for middle, and $10000 for top
