TOP card holder at one; or Middle-of-the Road at many?

I'm torn as to what I should do for the the 2011-2012 card year...
I'm debating whether or not to get the TOP card for one joint, or the third tier (minimum for weekend rooms) at many joints...
What would you guys do?
1.) play is 99.54 + 1.34% comp
2.) is 99.54 + .5% comp
3.) is 100.17% + .250% comp

1.) Middle of the road is $2100 coin-in once a month; top is $31250 once a month
2.) Middle is $1500 coin-in once per month; top is $18667.
3.) I have no idea, as they do not print this, but I would guess they want $2000 coin-in for middle, and $10000 for top

What's a comp in your equation?
If you value a $100 meal at full value then 1 and 2 are losers.
I like #3 but would keep a low profile by doing some gambling on slot machines.

If you a discounting comps in your equation then I like #1.

Multiple casinos are almost always better than monogamy.
