I’ve been no-mailed at Atlantis Reno. I don’t know if it’s because I hit a couple small royals barelyrequiring a W2G or because of the games I play, mainly NSUD and JOB. My net win about even. Who knows what goes into being no-mailed??
Too many royals/handpays/W-2Gs?
Nomailed here as well at Atlantis. I remember a discussion on VPFREE Reno last year re what makes Atlantis mgmt tick. Check it out albeit some members believe the VPFREE Reno group is closely monitored by casinos.
Got 2 $1 royals and a W2g for dealt aces on 50 cent SDB triple play ($1,200 on the nose). We switched to slot play and 99% games. At end of 3 day trip over 20% play on this crap. We left ahead about $6K
But to no avail. Got a call from our host that “no longer can be your host” and no offers from then-on. Severely cut back our trips to Reno. It is a great joint but mgmt does stupid things like not look-back that 3 months b4 we lost about $6K. Stupid mgmt. Bad for Reno. Short sighted mgmt. What else is new.
Look, earlier in this thread I cited Atlantis as the exception to the rule. Since the original question asked about general risk from hitting too many rules, I don’t think it’s worthwhile to dwell on Atlantis.
It’s a fact that if you play at Atlantis and hit a lucky streak (even on keno), you’re going to be no-mailed (whether or not you’re a lifetime winner there). That puts them at the loopy end of the spectrum.
There are a few other casinos that, if you win VERY big, will restrict your mail. (In that case, you’re walking away with a big smile).
But, far and wide, the general rule is that hitting a spate of royals won’t impact your offers at all.
That’s a very common tale. Atlantis Reno has been very aggressive at no-mailing winning players who hit too many jackpots (particularly large ones). I got dealt quad queens playing 100 play Super Double Bonus for $6,000 and all mail stopped the next month. They even no-mail players who hit big slot jackpots in the high limit room. It’s just the way they are.

We must play at different casinos. I’ve found some casinos that tolerate a number of taxables/handpays before they take action, but still, the end result is action, and not in the good way. As a general rule most casinos reduce your promotions the first time you get a taxable or handpay (some casinos make quarter royals handpays and not because they want to help you celebrate your “win”).
Apparently, we do play at different casinos, noti.
The “general rule” I cite holds for most (if not all) casinos in Atlantic City, the South, Midwest, LV Strip, Tahoe, and a few sporadic others.
But I’ll by that the LV locals market is tough … nominal experience there myself.

Thanks for all the replies, they’ve given me something to think about and I don’t think I’m as worried as before.
