To Go Or Not to Go?

Howdy

There was a time when I would attend every all day cash drawing promotion The Borgata Of AC offered. Typically they last from 12 Noon to Nine PM. The Noon and 9PM drawings would be the two largest with the last evening drawing being the largest with maybe the most winners.

Unless you can endure a nine hour marathon on a poker machine the smart thing to do would be reserve a room for the day of the event so you can have a rest spot. Naturally a comped room is the ideal choice.Unfortunately, many of these promos take place on a holiday weekend , making it extremely difficult to get a room unless maybe you are a high level player.

This is the dilemma I face...It it better to play for a few hours sans room and leave before the event has ended and hope they do not call you name AFTER you leave OR do not go at all?

What would you do?

We solved that problem by moving closer to AC.
