TITO and Pick 'Em Poker - New Mexico VP

I am a Pick 'Em Poker fanatic, and was disappointed when Ballys and
Paris removed them from inventory. The management response was that
they did not have TITO possibilities, and all casinos were switching
to tickets. AHA! The Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino in
Ruidoso, NM opened yesterday, and they have the PP with TITO! Funny
how the gurus in the mecca of Las Vegas have been proven wrong by the
Indians in New Mexico. I bumped into the sales rep that had sold
Casino Apache the TITO system, and mentioned that he should bring the
info to some LV locations (LV Hilton for example).

Or could it be that the LV gurus just needed to pull a game with such
a thin house advantage, and TITO was an excuse? Hmmmm.

Fortunately, the LV Hilton has $1 PP - I sneak in as a C3 comp so I
get a pretty good deal there.

FYI - for the members of this group in New Mexico and parts of Texas -
the new Casino Apache in Ruidoso NM is outstanding. Seems to be
good game variety, an enlarged poker room, and great surroundings.
The buffet is top of the line. I live in El Paso, and am willing to
make the 5 hour round trip at least once a week to play there. The
grand re-opening yesterday drew tons of people, but things ran
smoothly, and there were plenty of machines for use.

Now if we could just get our state government to let the Ysleta
Indians re-open their casino here in El Paso.
