Sorry I started something negative when asking about "care & feeding of
host". Thanks for advice to buy books - I will. I will share one thing
that might be of benefit to others. I received very positive email back
from one of my hosts when I had emailed her to book an offer. When I
emailed, I stated all pertinent information on offer (all code #'s)&
player card #, exact dates. She responded that by providing all the
necessary information I made her job much easier. Most of you on this
board might already know this, but maybe I can help some that don't.
