If u are ignored I would complain to management. As long as u are courteous they should not ignore u based on a 50 cent tip. If they do not help u take your business elsewhere. I strongly believe in tipping but I feel no responsility to support a 170k a year lifestyle.

I was tipping 50¢ per drink at the Mirage and was quickly ignored.
