I haven't experienced that at Wynn. I've been there four visits full RFB, and even when I've ordered $650 snifters of McCallan 25, I've left a buck a drink. The bartenders never showed an attitude or changed anything.

I tip 1.00 at hard rock, and 5.00 at the Wynn per cocktail. If you tip one dollar at Wynn, you Will be ignored the rest of the night.

All my experiences have been on the floor. However, I just left Wynn this am, and I only tipped two dollars and wasn't ignored. It must be said, that it was slow and there was a slot tourney going on for low rollers.
351 people played with a prize pool of 50k. I didn't finish in the money but had my best score in the last four events.
