I agree, if everyone tips $5 per drink at the Wynn then the cocktail waitresses there have the highest paid job in Las Vegas.

A cocktail waitress at the Mirage told me she made something like
$170,000 per year. $1 prices me out of the market.

I was tipping 50¢ per drink at the Mirage and was quickly ignored.
Simply not true. I was ordering coffee and a water at Wynn and Encore , and gave $1 tip, and the girl was coming by every 5 minutes for me ! They have a lot of rich , tight wads there, and they wont ignore any players regardless of tips because of Wynn guest treatment high standards.

I have never had a negative service experience at the Wynn. Granted, my budget only allows me to stay there on a special occasion, but I almost always find my way there on every trip for at least 1 evening. Never had an issue, and I can assure you I've never tipped $5 for a drink.
