Tips are pooled and split among the many dealers.
I don't like this because when I get good service, I want to person who
provided that service to benefit.
Splitting the tips reminds me of Obama's "redistribution of wealth".
If you are a cranky dealer, or unfriendly or rude you get the same as the
friendly and nice dealer.
