Tipping

Tips are pooled and split among the many dealers.
I don't like this because when I get good service, I want to person who
provided that service to benefit.

Splitting the tips reminds me of Obama's "redistribution of wealth".

If you are a cranky dealer, or unfriendly or rude you get the same as the
friendly and nice dealer.

                                   NOT FAIR.

Dealers make ~$40-50/day + $80-400/day in tips.

It's unlike Ireland where the dealers get a much higher base wage, and
don't expect tips.

Duh! Just call the pit boss and complain. Also turn in a comment card and let nature take its course. With the glut of people looking for that job that dealer will quickly shape up or get shipped out.
