I'm sure total tipping has gone down with TITO but what about the tips
per employee? Remember all those change people pushing change carts and
manning carousals between machines and floorpersons filling empty hoppers
and fixing coin jams? That was a lot more employees to divide tips. Now
you have much fewer slot floorpersons and their major function is to
perform handpays. I don't know this for a fact, but I would suspect from
observation that these fewer employees are raking in more per person per
hour then in the past.
