$400-$500 would be very generous in my opinion.
I would give $100 to the attendants (assuming service was quick and good) and then split another $100 between maid, bathroom attendants, casino cleaning staff and other staff that are helpful that perhaps to not get much in tips or perhaps doing jobs that I consider "grunt" jobs (and I don't consider being a slot attendant a "grunt" job).
