My standard tip is 50% in these situations.
Several years ago we occasionally did drawings at Fiesta
Rancho (we normally don't do drawings) and I was talking
with the host who ran the drawing. I told her that I was
wasting my time being there because I never won, and I
said that if I won that day I'd split my winnings with her.
I did and I did.
$250 each, and I don't believe she rigged the drawing.
