Tipping cocktail waitresses...

Can anyone explain to me how why you would tip the same

cup of coffee in a casino?

When I'm eating a lesser cost meal, I tend to tip higher
than the average 15%.

If I'm at a machine or a gaming table and a beverage is
brought to me, it doesn't matter to me what's in it, the
entire premise lies behind the fact that someone brought it
out for me. That alone is worth a buck a round.

-hey if you ordered a "expensive drink" that might normally cost 4-5
dollars do you complain? No! It's a trip fee let'd say. I agree
with most of the posts. These people are getting by the hard way,
dealing with the public. You know how high the expection level by
the public these days. We want it now! "They are never around when
we need a drink". I'll show them how frustrated I am by not tipping
them next time. I'm not saying there are not bad waitesses, we've
all had our experiences. But most of those problems lay within the
management choices. Be grateful to your waitress. He/she do what we
couldn't, work very hard and deal with the public. You know how we
hate lurkers and crowed casino space filled with "idiots".
They do it on a daily basis.-
