I only order a drink if they say both "Cocktails?"
followed by "DRINK?" and if they somehow get in front
of my face, nod up and down as if to force me to say
yes, and they understand the meaning of "Cup A Joe".
They are PhD material, in my opinion, if they
understand "A Hot One" means a "Cup A Joe" and "A Cold
One" means a bottle of water. I only reorder if they
plead "ARE YOU OK? ARE YOU SURE?" I tip a buck but at
Bellagio, two bucks.
