There are 2 Winstons, one in Reno & one in LV. Don't know if one in LV is
a millionaire but I do know that he rents a room. Maybe he doesn't have a
car because he doesn't drive which is kind of hard in LV but easy to do in
Reno. However, I know one couple who do very well getting around without a
car in LV.

We are probably talking about two different Winston's. This guy works
Vegas and is probably a millionaire.
