For the first 15 years or so, it was only 3 or 4 times a year, perhaps 5,000
hands each trip (was usually in Vegas for bowling tournaments). Play
information for that period not really known, as this was well before I started
studying the game seriously and was still into blackjack. If you do the math, that's
still an astoundingly long dry spell.
