Good for you Jeep. Next time, the Taj will give you your 700 buck's right away just to get rid of you! <g>

The Wild Joker
Here's one
Don't remember exact numbers. I was playing in Taj AC. I cashed a
ticket out for $700. (give or take a buck) I placed the ticket in
machine next door. Played for a few minutes. Decided I didn't like
the machine, you know, "cold machine", uncomfortable seat or glare
from above. Anyway, I cashed out for the exact same $700. Now I take
the $700 and place in machine I just cashed out $700 a few minutes
ago. Machine gobbles up ticket and remains silent. It keeps my
ticket; no credits.
Call slot person and explain I put a $700 ticket in. He looks at
screen and points out to me machine indicates I cashed out $700 not
put $700 in. You see, the $700 cash out from before still displayed.
The machine never read my $700 ticket I put in; stuck in no mans
land. This slot guy must of pointed to cash out number ten times. He
explained "you cash out. You cash out." he told me. Asked for super
and of course the super thought I was a crook too. There was no one
on hand that could open bill acceptor. Finally the folks "upstairs"
told super when I cashed out first time and where the cashout ticket
went to, the machine next door. Then upstairs noted how long I played
next door and how much and when I cashed out. They had no record of
next door ticket being cashed yet. That's the ticket I brought back
to machine and lost. But after about 15 more minutes they agreed to
give me my $700. They never opened th bill acceptor. I am guessing
because I'm a regular and I would guess they watched me on video move
the ticket from one machine to another.
One good point, while waiting for them to sort out the problem, I ran
the next door machine up over a $1000 on one Jackson. That's the
machine I just left earlier.
Cheers....Jeep

Before putting any ticket into a redemption machine, it might be a
good idea
to
note either the validation number or the last 4 digits of the
ticket number.
This
will give you something to lay claim to in case the machine
swallows the
ticket
and doesn't put out any cash.
I also do this when I put a ticket or a bill in in any of the TITO
slot
machines
just in case I don't get the credits I am entitled to.
Why not just write your name on it?
