They will undoubtedly set up a new club. Generally, when this sort of deal
happens (one property purchased from a larger group with a shared system),
part of the deal includes some very specific agreements on timelines, data
ownership, etc. A recent example is the Southpoint, which set up a new club
fairly quickly.
